Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@blackscriptions.com within two (2) weeks of delivery with details regarding the product and the alleged damage/defect. In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages in your email.
Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage or defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
In certain circumstances, we may require you to send your item back to us for further investigation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns and exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of Blackscriptions.
Please note, due to warmer seasons and climates, candles in the Black Wax edition may slightly melt. A usable melted candle does not necessarily give rise to the level of a product being considered damaged or defective. However, if you receive a severely melted candle, please contact us at info@blackscritpions.com and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping
If we require you to send the product back, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. At your discretion, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
